Navjiven Mandair Principal Solicitor

Navjiven has many years experience working as a solicitor in the UK and also as an Attorney in the United States. Navjiven is the principal solicitor and owner of The Legal Practice and continues to lead the practice as it grows and builds on its strong local reputation. She has worked with individuals and companies, steering them through a wide range of legal and commercial issues.

Elizabeth J. M.M. Craig Practising Consultant

Elizabeth is a specialist solicitor in residential and high net worth commercial conveyancing. Elizabeth set up Craig & Co. in 1964 and with over 40 years experience is able to offer an extremely high level of legal expertise and professionalism within her field. Elizabeth heads up the Conveyancing Department and her experience together with her friendly and approachable manner ensures that clients continue to return to The Legal Practice year after year.

Emma Peart Trainee Solicitor

Emma has studied European Business Law, including a year of study in Orleans, France and a year working in Spain.

Upon completing her Legal Practice Course and Graduate Diploma in Law (CPE), Emma spent two years as a paralegal working on child care and contact proceedings in an East End law firm. Emma is committed to Family Law and intends to qualify as a Family Law solicitor. She is an affiliate member of Resolution.

Audrey English Senior Probate Executive

Audrey has substantial experience dealing with complex Probate matters and preparation of Wills.

Gill Nicolaou Elderly Client Executive

Gill spent a number of years working in banking before working as a foreign exchange customer service manager. Before joining The Legal Practice as a probate executive Gill lived in France for two years honing her language and business skills.

Priti Mehta Legal Assistant to Miss Craig

Priti has assisted Miss Craig with a number of complex commercial conveyancing transactions and enjoys the challenging and sometimes urgent nature of this work. Priti has worked in the legal profession for over 15 years.

Linda Mortier Secretary to Miss Craig

Linda has worked closely with Miss Craig for a number of years. Linda primarily deals with residential conveyancing and has substantial experience of working in client service sectors.

Ritika Sawhney Paralegal

Ritika completed her Law degree (LLB) and joined The Legal Practice in January 2008 as a Paralegal assisting with Litigation and Employment Law matters. She also assists with office management.

Grace joined The Legal Practice as Paralegal in June 2007. She works part-time and is currently completing her Law degree (LL.B). Grace has particular experience in Probate and Litigation.
